jhm123452000
Has anyone fished Lake Muskoka? I'm planning a trip there this spring and I'm looking to fish for Walleye's. Any info would be great. Thanks JHM
coreyhkh
Hey I grew up in Gravenhurst and have fished the lake a lot mostly bass and walleye. For spring time your best bet is the mouth of the river you can put your boat in on George road, there is a boat lunch there and the boat ride is 5mins. Be very careful though and respect the regs as the ministry is out in force often undercover so make sure your I open season. But anyway when its open they come out of the river after spawn so just pick a spot and wait. Most people jig fish some troll but I don't recommend it because the river mouth is pretty busy. Hope that helps.
