BillOliver
Nice fish I'd love to see the four that got away :-). Why is it the winds will help bring in more fish? lower water temp? And is that the big concrete wall in Fort E your standing at?

Andrew30
Nice fish denis. Never tried float fishing the upper, how deep were you running your float? Thanks
denis
It varies on water conditions but usually 4 - 12 feet that day maybe 6 feet. As you move along the river the depth changes and if you wanna catch fish consistenlty you should to
Brian_b
I can't get tired of seeing that picture; awesome... I have gotta come there and give it a try when the water clears...
Andrew30
thanks dennis. Would you recommend using a leader still? I usually use about a 4ft 4lb fluoro leader on 8lb mono I believe.. And I place the float on the main line so that I'm able to go much deeper. Using a spinning setup, not a pin yet, would you recommend anything different? denis
Thanks blair Andrew30 4# is way to light up here. I'm running 6.8 or 8.4 raven flouro and 10# main, I also shot my leader line because it's big water and these fish don't think they EAT
