Dogman
Seeing as this weekend is looking awesome I'm going to head out with my fly rod and try and catch something. I figured I would try carp since they can be targeted from shore. Can anyone recommend a place that I can wade or fish from shore for carp? I've never targeted them before. I saw a couple cruising today while I was practising just outside of Pt. Colborne. Thanks, Rob

Dogman
Went out to Lake Erie just past Pt. Colborne today. The carp were thick in close but I couldn't get one to eat. I saw a spotted gar swimming around. Couldn't get him to eat either. I did catch one small mouth bass that was released unharmed. I'll be heading back out there as soon as I can.
