YakFisher Posted August 29, 2012 Report Share Posted August 29, 2012 Was on martindale all afternoon today. oh my oh my. what a day. caught a bunch of fish, but that is irrelevant to what happened between 8 and 830. Caught two MONSTERS. first one was about 3 lbs, but long and strong. then 5 minutes later i caught an absolute pig of a girl. the fight lasted a couple of minutes, she ran right to the thick weeds and tried to get away but the hook was tight in her upper lip, no getting away. turned out to be between 6 and 7 pounds (my scale sucks) both were released succesfully to live another day. the bigger one was my PB for largemouth and I am still jacked up from it. I took a couple of pictures, but they just dont do the fish any justice. how do I get my pictures from instagram on here? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
