manutd_jeeves
I am aware of the obvious discolouration, was down at queenston today and looked like a scene from Titanic.... However, how would this affect the whirlpool? My buddy and I are willing to deal with low vis water as long as there is drifts to fish. Anybody have another suggestion? Port D is clear but the wind is horrible was there today couldn't bare it. Any advice would be appreciated, even a PM if you do not want to reveal anything! manutd_jeeves
Made the trip yesterday with a friend. First time ever fishing the glen, so being covered in ice certainly made for an interesting learning curve. No fish caught by myself or friend, but a gentleman who had been there longer than us caught two prior to our arrival. Water had a foot of visibility was an off brownish green colour; fishable for sure, but tough none the less. Very peaceful down there, forgot how tranquil it can be.
