Fresh Fish
Well , full moon night crappie fishing always be difficult to me, totally caught 4~5 fishes in 4 years full moon night fishing. Last night same result; i can see the fish and tried every plastic bait ( used work every well in the dark) that i had even tried salt minnows, no bite! So, i am thinking to us some top water bait like fly in one feet deep, would it work?....... anyone with experience could give me some advice? Fresh Fish
In this case, sitting on them with live minnows would be best. Lures are more for aggressive fish. Live bait for picky eaters.
steellee
You didn't really specify in your first post but with crappie best results is usually under a float. They tend to suspend and rise upward to feed. Vary the depth under float until you find them.
