Tim Bromund Posted October 26, 2004 Report Share Posted October 26, 2004 On Wednesday November 10th at 7pm the Lake Ontario Trout & Salmon Association (LOTSA) will be sponsoring a seminar on Lower River Trout & Salmon Fishing. Charter Captain Frank Campbell well known Niagara River Charter Captain and Chairman of the Niagara County Fisheries Development Board will present this seminar. The lower Niagara River offers World Class fishing throughout the year. Frank will be presenting the techniques he uses in the river and answering questions from the audience. The seminar held at the Cornell Cooperative Extension, 4487 Lake Avenue (Route 78 two miles north of Lockport), Lockport, NY 14094. The seminar is open to the public and free of charge.
