Looks like a subzero morning should be lots of fun...definitely going to dust off the survival suit....Is anyone else going out? I was thinking either trying the Upper for skis (Denis I am dying to tie on that freak you sold me!) or the Welland River for some easier targets. Any opinions on water conditions and fish that are actually hungry??? If you were planning on heading out, let me know, maybe we can meet up.
