I mean we were not expected to hit 80 for atleast another year but it jumped really fast. Depending on the all mighty dollar I would probably be more likely to shop in Buffalo (assuming free parking) than making the drive to TO. As well my decision would be based on the level of alertness the border security is at as I would need to gauge how worthwhile it would be to get caught bringing things back!
