fishin_hamilton Posted April 12, 2006 Report Share Posted April 12, 2006 Saw 6 dead gulls at the whirlpool monday afternoon. not much fish beening caught and only a few guys dunking minnows. I seen one dark male two feet off shore that surfaced a few times. Went to queenston when i got kinda bored and saw a guy get kicked out by 9 guys using nets for smelt i guess and talked to a guy there and nothing was caught all day either. The last spot i tried was port d and nothing there either but a few fish that surfaced and the current was pretty fast. all in all it was a pretty good day getting out and seening the gf almost step on a turkey vulture eating one of the dead gulls.
