BillyTM
Was there around noon today (Fri) and its still fairly stained [murky] . It does look like its starting to clear a bit. Strange sight; no boats in the water and no shore fishing, anywhere. The docks were covered in ice; melted and refrozen snow. The docks are coming out Dec 15, not Dec 22 as I had mentioned in error in anothr posting- sorry bout that.
Guest Steelheader
I was at Queenston for an hour late this afternoon. Not a soul to be seen, except for a lone yankee on the other side of the river. Saw the US coast guard barrelling up the river and back again. Vis was 6 inches, and windy. denis
Its still bad up here on the upper and it's calling for more sw today possibly 40mph + so I would say plan on maybe tuesday wednesday. If it's not windy monday it should be fine Just check out the pic from Chili the other day under wild river it's not much better.
