scottydog
Fished Couch yesterday. Was on the ice by 9:00am. A tough go out. Alot of snow on the ice made for difficult walking. A good 6 to 8 inches of ice everywhere. Alot of guys out. Was a bluebird day with little wind. Fish were slow in morning but picked up in afternoon. Moved around abit and found the 22ft range to be the best . Caught a good 75 perch and kept maybe about 25 good eaters. Minnows seemed to work best. If anybody goes get there early at airport road. Parking is tough. Alot of snow on ice, I recommend snow shoes or a snowmobile to move around. Was very cold in morning. Temps around -26. Denis your hut worked very well. Was good to be on hard water again. Hope the warm temps coming don't mess it up. Scott
