Don't wanna take the walk if its not good! 6391[/snapback] went to the whirpool - water was murky occasional bites on chartreuse roe...tried rubber minnows without much success...then started catching dying minnows directly from the water and got a couple of 'bows got a strange bite on a rubber minnow - must have been a huge laker or a muskie since it took the minnow and just kept on going and snapped the line even though the drag was set for probably 2 pounds of pressure. Guest Gill Finigan Posted January 10, 2005 Report Share Posted January 10, 2005 Went down the Glen this morning. Picked up two Bows on 3" Berkley power minnows in the first half hour.
