Guest bigfishbass
Quick question... is there any regulations that have to be followed for ice hut operators. Or is it a pretty much free for all. Can any Joe, Bob and Henry open a ice hut operation? there is this link for ice hut registration....but it does not specify operators. http://www.town.georgina.on.ca/PDF/form-ic...lake-simcoe.pdf Thanks

Guest bigfishbass
just like that eh.... so if someone opens a ice hut operation under thier own name.. no liscence is required.... and "makes" under 30 000 a year then doesnt have to charge tax.....or just gst? Is this correct? Interesting.... you would think that this type of stuff be regulated by mrn....so really an area where a hut operator operates is not their's... right... as the lake is public....so no territory fights i assume LOL Thanks for the info.
