The federal tax on gasoline is 23.5 cents per litre. I despise the gov't but the gas companies are to blame for this hike. Fortunately I own stock in some of them but it still hurts.

It was 1.35 at the new(ish) Cdn Tire gas pumps on Rymal Rd in Hamilton last night. Not that it's great but better than most places.

Way to go! I have 95 acres of uncut corn between me an the bush I hunt. Once it's cut I will get out to try and kill a deer. I am in the Dec controlled hunt so there's a few more weeks but I don't mind taking them with a pointy stick either.

It doesn't take too long to get the moose up there. We have a cable above it that we hook the pully to and then put the gambrel in, use a truck to pull the moose up and then attach the gambrel to a rope loop that is around the main pole going across.

I considered getting sugar gliders as pets when I was a lot younger. What nobody likes to talk about with them is there is no such thing as potty training with them. They go where ever they are when ever they want. They also have the temprament of a monkey... cute and nasty all at the same time.
