Thanks! Ended up just hitting Erindale Park. About 20 guys out. Caught one nice hen (8lbs). Other than that, tough day. Clear / low water.

drove to sault saint marie today to do some school related things, so many places just before Detroit and in Michigan that i wanted to fish... maybe next time..

Wife's Sister is in Wawa. When we visit, it takes us almost 6-8hrs more than normal! lol Drives my wife nuts but heck, I just cant help stopping to wet a line. God bless her patience

It got warmer on Sat Night (Dec 1) so... went out until 3:30 am when it started raining. Was really quite beautiful out for a Dec evening. Was fortunate enough to slay the chrome!! They seem to love me at night

Tip for newbies when fishing in the cold, bring vaseline and put on tips and eyes to avoid freezing, ice build up. and know you know, cuz knowledge is power!!

I also use WHITE LITHIUM GREASE.

apparently the rock down in the glen is too hard to drill with carbide bits, off from work till monday till we get new ones, fishing anyone?

I always figured it was mostly Limestone and Shale .. guess there is some real hard Canadian Shield stuff in there as well.
