I seen some cut up fish at the 12 yesterday, pretty sure they were salmon, are they still in there even with the warm weather?
-
Dude, we were fishing the 12 tonight and heard two splashes about 15 minutes apart that literally sounded like cannonballs falling into the water. The only other time we've heard that was last year during the salmon run in Port D. We thought we were going crazy and figured they must have been big rocks falling into the water. Now I'm thinking they could've actually been salmon??

Hooked into my first Lower Niagara musky down at the pool today!! What an adrenaline rush!! Unfortunately, while the giant fish and I were in stalemate, I was broken off by a log (one of the downsides of braid I guess).
