Gunner, I got this reply back today from Ray Blades, the editor of the Out of Doors magazine:

Thanks for your email and support of the mag.

We are trying to get information from the government, but as of now there have been no fishing or hunting season closures in the province. 

The province’s mandate for closures of outdoor recreational amenities across the province has closed municipal boat launches, dock, and piers.

We are working on news stories about these issues that will hopefully be on our website later today, and updates as new info is available
