What a freakin mess .......In one shot they showed big rapids which looked like the water was as high as the dam with no water fall at all ,,,,just rapids .Was that really the dam ? We had mountains of snow on the ground and the heavy rains & high winds couldn't have come at a worse time ! Maybe some break walls should be built in some places to help stop the flooding.......
