smerchly Posted January 3, 2011 Report Share Posted January 3, 2011 Mmmmmm, that looks good . I love cacciatore chicken , and using rabbit should be great ! Wayyyy back when ,I hunted rabbits right here in my back yard ,before the subdivision was built . I made "bunny pie" with the meat and when we went on "jack drives" , I made a big stew from them ....not many jacks around these days I believe . I have too many tree rats in my yard .......I am thinking they would make a great stew , .......comes with a built in nutty flavour .......
