I did manage to get a little pike and a couple bass out of the trip, but for the most part the weeds were baaaaaad and kept getting stuck in the prop. I would recommend that everyone try out that end of L. Ontario... It's beautiful out that way. honeyv Posted September 2, 2011 Author Report Share Posted September 2, 2011 Yeah, I know that Italo did an episode on gar in the Bay of Quinte... Great place for sure! I just wasn't too familiar with the location and the weeds were just EVERYWHERE that I seemed to jet up to. It was just a bit of a hassle to get the weeds off the prop all the time, but I would honestly do it all over again, it was over all a great experience.
