The_Husky_Jerk
Hey guys, I've been fishing with crappy $14.99 fly line that was thrown in when I bought my combo. Looking to upgrade now, but like most other guys I dont want to get off my wallet! I have an 8wt combo, mostly river fishing for smallmouth, pike, walleye, rainbows. So I need a good, all-around, do everything, line. WHATS THE BEST FLY LINE UNDER $50?

Tom S
Has anyone tried the store-brand lines? Like White River or Cabela's? I would imagine that the lines are all coming from a few facilities set up to run that type of thing, and the only difference is the tolerances/specs for the lines. So if you are just looking for some all-purpose line it might be worth a try. I plan on picking some up this year to try out.
