smerchly Posted August 25, 2012 Report Share Posted August 25, 2012 Good article on carp in the magazine Lorne . That mirror carp is a monster , and these fish are intriguing to say the least . I visited the Bulk Barn store about an hour ago ......first time in the new store on 4th Ave . I went nuts in there , buying $30 worth of nuts , dried berries etc etc etc. ! I asked a young guy if they had puffed corn .....he couldn't find any , only popcorn , but after doing some searching I found it in plastic bags for $2.50....enough to last 10 -15 years ! haha I didn't find the large size oats , just the reg. stuff at $1.20 per lb. , may need to visit the feed mill for the right oats . I live about 3 minutes away from this store lol , & I will be going back for sure , especially since my credit union just moved there about 100 meters from them !
