Craiger Posted December 6, 2012 Report Share Posted December 6, 2012 hey guys heres a few pics of the hairpin shanks that I use for my flies and the hold up very well and not to mention, very cheap. bend it with pliers to shape the eye wrap the line from the back to the front then fold the line back towards the hook and wrap it with thread again to the back then trim excess and glue to secure it heres a few more of the flies two fish and multiple other pulls on this fly and still looks new...
