I was planning on going to cooks bay but it'll be a few more days yet before any operators will be able to see up after the thaw last weekend. There were lots of perch caught and kept 25 between the 2 of us.You could see schools of ciscos cruise by about 10' down and they were aggressive.You could either dangle a minnow of a jig when they were around and watch them smack it!
