spiro
I was fishing the Crapfest at Bertie Boat club, it is 5 fish, have to be different species and total weight wins, I had a big carp, a nice bass and a rockbass boated when I had a huge bowfin on. I had my ultralight gear as I was trying for a big blueguill when he hit. Fought him for ever and actually got him to the side of the boat. Being alone I tried to net him with one hand when the line snapped.... only time I cried from loosing a bowfin..... Cheers, fun fish to catch. Albino has lots in the shallows, and I have also caught a couple in the welland river.
