That's the way I clean the cats now , so easy with a sharp knife and then to remove the skin I stretch the fillet skin side down on newspaper which it sticks to , and run the knife through on a 15* angle approx. The old way , nailing the head to a board , cutting around the head and using pliers to pull the skin down is old school & slower . Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
