I contacted the owl foundation in vineland but their contact is by email only, so who knows how long it will take for them to receive it. who else can I contact? smerchly Posted September 21, 2013 Report Share Posted September 21, 2013 If the bird is not injured , I'm sure the mother is near by .....best to chase the bird from the road and let nature take it's course .
