bbrt
Fished the Lower Grand in Dunnville on Wed. We were fishing for Walleye and ended up with 2 cats and 2 sheephead...lol No walleye but we did put fish in the boat so all in all it was a great day on the water.cats were 12lbs and 3lbs sheephead were around 3lbs each. all fish were caught on either jig with gulp or on a worm harness off of a bottom bouncer. none of the cats bit on the cut bait but a jig and gulp they were ll over it. Pretty weird but any time you get to yell FISH ON is a great moment. Dave

snaggy
Thanks for the report, I've had slow walleye fishing days thus far on the grand this year, hoping once the water goes down I will be on em once again
smerchly
I have had better luck trolling the lower grand for eyes using bright coloured crank baits in the murky water......trolling slow very close to bottom . On windy days , drifting with a lead head with a worm, bouncing bottom, worked well .
