durkin09 Posted January 4, 2016 Report Share Posted January 4, 2016 I have been visiting southern Ontario over the last two weeks and I've been lucky enough to get out fishing a couple times. Fishing has been decent, getting into double digit numbers every time out in the boat. Certainly not as good as it has been in previous years, water is still 43 degrees. Fish came on all kinds of baits, changed day to day and location to location. One steelhead (pictured below) was 1/3 dark spawning colours and 2/3 fresh run colours, I've never seen that before.
