smerchly Posted July 14, 2016 Report Share Posted July 14, 2016 Kind of ironic in a way ......We have closed down much of our dirty manufacturing plants as Canadians prefer to buy off shore products ......we have gone to wind power & solar energy , leaving agriculture as the largest work force and income for the province . Much of it is being bought out by China & the profit motive is what governs , not being environmentally friendly , such a Monsanto..........Will the government step in & fix this .....or is Monsanto too big for them to mess with ? Lets hope we see some stiff rules for everyone , including us, to keep our lands & waters clean . Hopefully , we will see some action on this issue .....
