boogaloo Posted October 17, 2016 Report Share Posted October 17, 2016 At the Queenston boat ramp on Sunday morning, a middle aged man (who appeared to be of mid East origin) blew up and launched a very small plastic dingy with a brand new 2 1/2 hp Mercury outboard. He navigated South through the "drift" to the point and then went across to the U.S. side. He drifted down to the boat docks at Lewiston and appeared to to stop there and possibly tie up. I did not have my binoculars so could not see what was happening after that.
