curious
Is anyone else planning to go out today? Wonder if Chrisb could post the lake conditions ? Thank you!
Chrisb
North wind. Calm near shore but I can see some waves out further.
Chrisb
Weather buoy say winds 10 knots. That's a bit too much for me even though it looks very nice from shore it would be too bumpy for me.
curious
We r going to give it a go. Hoping the north winds flatten the lake.

Chrisb
I was there. What were you using? how deep were the fish? The one I got was off the rigger at 60' black and purple harness.
curious
Big dipseys, number 1 setting, 150 back, cherry bomb worm harness. Probably was down about 55 - 60 ft. Trolling speed at 2.0 - 2.

I think it’s more getting to the right depth than the specific colour of the harness.
Chrisb
I agree the right depth is probably more important. But there is no doubt that some colours seems to work better than others on certain days. I have raised or lowered my rigger on more than one occasion based on a screen mark and nabbed a fish.
