smerchly Posted December 4, 2023 Report Share Posted December 4, 2023 Doing some snooping today with the digi. camera .... First stop was the GRT to see what birds ect were present . A pair of herons were spearing some bait fish and a fellow said he saw a beaver there recently that felled a large tree (again) The robins seem to like the area to get some food from the berry bushes . There were at least 30 robins in the maple trees in my yard this morning , never seen so many here ! I went to Port Dal to check out the trout fishermen , all on the west side today as there was no current on the east side ...not much happening... So , I'm trying to post a photo from this newer pc as I managed to download them and sent one to the desktop ... This is one of the blue herons that was doing better than the guys at Port Dal.......
