jhm123452000 Posted October 19, 2005 Report Share Posted October 19, 2005 Well I was hoping for a nice day of fishing not high winds, rain and lightening..........but the fish co-operated any ways.............We fished sun up til noon catching countless perch...........We started out fishing in front of Marlon Marine Gas docks catching nothing at all...........We moved the boat over by the boaters slips and fishing was non stop til we left............Really hard to feel the bites with these crazy winds.........Used single hook, bell sinker and minnows........... jhm123452000 Posted October 19, 2005 Author Report Share Posted October 19, 2005 Ya I try not to keep the little ones but alot of fish swallowed the hook today ............so rough wind was brutal hard to pick up the bites...........but my buddies got 4 kids to feed so he didn't mind the little ones...........he needs lots of perch or he won't get his fill..........LOL........I gave him all the small perch seeing I don't eat fish I wasn't about to clean those small guys too............
