Hellfish Posted April 25, 2007 Report Share Posted April 25, 2007 Well for the last few days, i have been trying to get into some perch and crappie, which i did with limited success. All were beautiful days sun shinning couldnt have asked for more. Me and another member from the board went out and tried the crappie bite prolly put on close to 300kms on the van tryin to get the lil basturds but we didnt do too well hit maybe 10 the whole day kept 3. then for the other 2 days i targetted perch and boy were they in, i tried a couple spots and some were better than the other but all and all was a good day. the water was maybe 2ft-6ft visibility all fish were caught bottom bouncing minnows and jigging them all on the big pond they call Erie, and btw all were caught from shore no boat. Hellfish Posted April 25, 2007 Author Report Share Posted April 25, 2007 Actually we only got the 10 crappy and 1 perch while travelling the 300kms, the rest of the perch came from the lake, must have hit around 140 in 2 days was a good couple of days. Smokin Joe Posted April 25, 2007 Report Share Posted April 25, 2007 That's a nice mess of fish hellfish. My son and I went out for a bit on sunday for some crappie but got skunked.
