jwl Posted April 26, 2007 Report Share Posted April 26, 2007 right now as of like 5 minutes ago from what I can see from my yard there is a pretty steady flow coming down the river right now, and when out driving there is still a pretty fair amount of ice at the mouth of the river. It looks like the same image I posted earlier .....funny thing is of all the Great Lakes shown on the NOAA Modis view , Erie is the only place with ice !!! Even Nip. is open as well as Simcoe , Couch . and even jwl's Moira Lake ! Papa Smerch ? Dan Andrews Posted April 27, 2007 Report Share Posted April 27, 2007 I was down there today and the whole Upper was clogged from the railway bridge to the lake. There was a loon getting crushed by the ice. An hour later it was almost clear!
