smerchly Posted March 1, 2018 Report Share Posted March 1, 2018 Garbage may increase with so many more people using the pathways , but if they install more garbage bins it may help ( if they empty them when full) ! If they erect a walkway over the canal to the east side the garbage will increase there as well . I can envision a road bridge over the canal in the future to help ease the gridlock in Port .
