The larger ones need a little spice like fish crisp to help quell the "fishy" taste . There are some big eyes at Port , and they will go back to make some more smaller eyes ........ Looking for a wise man to teach me the ways of the eye I think the warm (HOT) weather has turned the bite off Jordan ......I was there Monday and nothing was biting . I'll wait for the water temps to drop (rain Sat.) , . By next Tues/Wed I hope to get out again . Worm harnesses on a 3 way rig & 1 oz.sinker worked best .....almost like drifting roe bags for trout . I figure if it's raining Saturday il go to port d and fish a 3 way with either a harness and worm, or a husky jerk.
