Airports in Canada have never been cleaner, the chairs that never get cleaned are being sanitized regularly. I would say I have never felt safer in an airport since everyone keeps their distance except for a few weird people.
and then everyone is packed into a plane , elbow to elbow, LOL

There is no win for Ford. However if you read some other non-fishing forums people want Ford ousted because he has backtracked on the policing, they want to see more restrictions, they want to see people fined who want to go for a drive ... absolutely nuts. And if you disagree the mass of "reports" and downvotes you get is insane.
Why is everyone so down on Ford ?? but the teflon coated Liberals in Ottawa get a break 😡 They are considering the modern equivalent of the War Measures Act, guess the name of the PM that last used that. Our leftist Liberal loving media is extremely biased against anything or anyone conservative. https://www.msn.com/en-ca/news/canada/anand-doesnt-rule-out-using-canada-emergencies-act-to-help-curb-covid-19-third-wave/ar-BB1fMpBZ?li=AAggNb9

Back in the late '60s I recall shooting skeet and trap off Killaly on the Cement Plant property, between Westside road and Hwy #3 I believe.

Fished there 50 years ago. The quarry south of the tracks was a popular swimming hole and north I got some decent Largemouth, one good pike about 10 pounds and a ton of overpopulated stunted Bluegills

just tried to catch some minnows for tomorrow with no luck what so ever over in port robinson...anyone know any other good spots around here?
Never found the hardware cloth minnow traps much good for other than larger chub minnow in beaver ponds up north.
The only place I can think of for dipping perch minnows would be in a few back eddies in the upper Niagara now, there was one spot just under the Peace Bridge near an abuttment that was good years ago, used to grab them there for perching at Abino in the spring years ago, maybe they are still there.

They are not the same as the goldens found high up in the Sierra Nevadas, this link provides a little background on their bloodline, they were more common back in the 80's but still a rare catch.
