joe Posted August 29, 2007 Report Share Posted August 29, 2007 hello hello ..... well pauline and myself took our hard earned minnies out before first light to check out the perch situation at plan B . today. there was no wind not even a breeze , water was as flat as glass . first cast and damn minnow never even hit the bottom perch on, a jumbo at that so it goes for the first two hours movement was the key today -drag the minnies on bottom and fish on . pauline was on FIRE for most of the day today hooking and landing most of todays catch and she lost 2 of the biggest perch i have EVER SEEN !!! right up at our feet we finished up our minnies around 1230 and headed home to clean some perchies only took me about an hour lol... heres a few pics fish fry pics soon Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

(drool)........But I heard , if you soak the filletsin lots of beer , the contaminats go into the beer ....hope you threw that beer out ! Congrats on a fine mess of whopper jumbos guys !
