I thought it was rabbit damage at first but upon closer inspection, I concluded it was mice. Only spotted one coyote turd though. Here's another picture of the fishing. bucketmouthjohnny Posted April 11, 2009 Report Share Posted April 11, 2009 oh, too easy................ why wasn't i allowed to guess Chills, i have seen deer tracks there and turkeys. what makes those nest like homes out of grass in the trees? do you know what i mean. there are several on the right trail walking towards the pond from the parking lot.i could have sworn i saw a deer laying under a tree today at noon while driving by, there seemed to be lots of people there today so maybe my eyes were failing.. bucketmouthjohnny Posted April 13, 2009 Report Share Posted April 13, 2009 the nests are like fist size, they are not black death. they are either some sort of mouse that nests a few feet off the ground or some type of birds home. i looked fairly close at them last year, guess i'll have to do a further examination.
