dr_feelgood
My dad, the man who taught me to fish, passed away today. We used to fish alot together until Alzheimers had him confined to a home. At least now he can see over me and maybe point me to a few new hotspots. smerchly
I'm sorry to hear that Paul . My Dad also taught me and he fished most of his life .Passing on your fishing skills to your kids helps them enjoy the wilderness & teaches youngsters the importance of respecting what nature has to offer . By keeping the tradition going strong , your Dad would feel happy that you are enjoying something he passed on to you .
