smerchly Posted September 23, 2011 Report Share Posted September 23, 2011 I saw a few flocks flying high in the typical "V" formation today at Port Dalhousie ,,,,,,all south bound towards the QEW Actually , I saw them in the water after I heard them ..........only about 10 in each flock . Ground with half pound/package of bacon. mix in a bit of bread crumbs, egg beaten and some smokey BBQ sauce and press into hamburger patties. feeds 4 well but there will be nothing left but a desire to shoot some more geese Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
bigugli Posted October 5, 2011 Report Share Posted October 5, 2011 Some friends are having great success with geese. Goose filet sandwich. Take breast of goose. Slice into fillets the thickness of shnitzel. Tenderize heavily, then marinate in a beer or wine mix. In a hot pan, fry bacon and brown some onions.
