Has anyone had any luck targeting them down there? would love to hear some stories/success I have never seen anyone fishing for them down there, but i know they are there.... They spook easily when people walk by and since the water is clear they can see movement on the pier . If you have lots of patience & chum an area closer to the opposite side , the carp may pick up your treat there .
