smerchly
Anglers spend more on gas getting to their spots than on fishing tackle me thinks .......When we go to Deseronto we fill up our boat tank & spare tank there since it's always cheaper , & of course we fill up again before heading home . I checked out the prices today & it's 1.20 at Deseronto & only 1.11 at hwy 35 & water st. We are still at 1.34 in St.Kitts . The line up at the bridges here was very long yesterday ........The variance in prices from one end of Lake O.to the other is puzzling ..... Snags
There is no logic to gasoline prices. as much as they cry supply and demand ... it makes little sense. its a shame ontario is attempting to block an oil pipeline that would allow an oil refinery on the east coast .... smerchly
Its all about profit. This summer apparently a $1.50 is to be the norm. Either drive fuel efficient, as necessary or sacrifice the Timmy runs. ....or ....head over the border & save a bundle . I can easily buy 120 -140 liters per trip . Fuel efficient isn't in my vocab.....
