RyannLarge
On the way to St. John's Pond just passed Brock U (turn right at the closed bridge) there is a very nice looking bit of water. I never see anyone fishing it and I was thinking of trying my luck for a few carp. Has anyone had any luck there? Couldn't see any no trespassing signs from the bridge going over it. Just seems like a waste not to fish it.
Jmo1685
I'm thinking this is Lake Gibson, or some offshoot of it. It's one of those places where there is No Tresspassing signs in the area, but that doesn't deter people from fishing there. Give it a go and if someone says you're Tresspassing then just leave. GOODLUCK if you end up going out there !
jordanl
Is that the bridge you cross with flowing water? Next to the Laura Secord house?
WalleyeChaser
I think he's talking bout the water around the remote controlled air field which is part of Lake moody
kgm
That whole area is ok fishing. Once bass season opens it will be busy down there. If your up for a hike you can find some spots back in the bush, lots of water back there that you wouldn't think was there.
RyannLarge
I think it's part of gibson. No signs saying no trespassing or no fishing. Just looks like a really nice place to spend eight hours.
