Digger Posted July 4, 2022 Report Share Posted July 4, 2022 Fished my annual 2 days out of Port Rowan with 8 guys on a party boat. Fishing was not great, only caught 15 or so between all of us over the 2 days but all were 3lbs plus. Really worried about the fishery in this area, last few years have been really slow fishing. The charter Captain said its been another bad year and now only catching big fish is a bad sign, seems slow all over the eastern basin really. They can clean out a nest of bass eggs quickly .I have caught local perch while ice fishing that have eaten small 1" bass .anyone clean walleye and found small bass ? ....like the name Digger ....my first ASBT doggie.....
