smerchly Posted July 2, 2023 Report Share Posted July 2, 2023 Ya , it's been raining so stuck in the house for the day & probably tomorrow also . My neighbour next door has been roasting a turkey on the spit all day and smoking ribs in his pellet smoker . We get to enjoy the aroma and wait in anticipation for our plates to arrive . Joe is a great cook and can put on a great meal for many people . And we have been enjoying his great meals for many years . Today was no exception ! The turkey , ribs, salad & spuds were excellent !
