genec
My 14 yr old grandson in Binbrook wants me to bring my tin boat and take him fishing in the Binbrook Conservation Area. However, I've never been to it, and know nothing about where in there to fish. I've heard it contains largemouth and crappie, and it catch and release only because of the airport fire fighting chemicals in the water. I would appreciate it if anyone who has fished there before could pm me with some suggestions of what parts of the water body to try in order to give him a successful outing. I have included a map of the water body if that helps. Thanks. GeneC

smerchly
Just now, genec said: Actually, forget my above request - I just found out gas motors are not allowed, so I cant take my boat. Same thing at Jordan Harbour Gene but boats with large gas motors can come in from the lake . Would they allow you to use an electric motor with the gas engine for emergency use , and do they rent boats there with electrics ?
